How do we know if my address is within TIME FIBRE coverage?

Let us know you name, contact number and complete installation address and we will check for you. Our contact number is 014-759-3914 (Mr. Jai). Or you can fill the online Time Fibre coverage check form here

How much is the registration, installation and activation charges?

All the above charges are FREE if you are subscribing to 24 months Time Fibre contract package plan. RM10 is chargeable from contract stamp duty which will reflect in your monthly bill.

How do I receive my monthly bill?

You will receive your monthly bill by email. So, please make sure you submit your application with the correct email address.

What if I terminate my Time Fibre contract prior to contract end date?

If you terminate within first 6 months, RM500 + Device RRP of the node (applicable to those who got promo) will be payable to TIME Fibre.


If you terminate it on 7th month onwards, RM500 is payable.

Can I downgrade or relocate my Time Fibre Business plan?

Downgrade and recolcation are NOT ALLOWED within the first 6 months upon activation.
